By sending your proposals you authorize HrOUG & HUJAK to promote, publish, demonstrate and spread the contents sent to HrOUG, including your name and proposal, but all connected to the JavaCro conference.
The selected lecturers will receive from HrOUG the notice of acceptance of their proposed abstract. At the same time HrOUG will ask from the author or firstly stated author (if there are more than one author) to accept the participation and presentation on the conference the proposed theme together with the form where the lecturer will admit his presence on the conference. By this acceptance the author also accepts to be a lecturer on the conference and consequently receives a free of charge entrance to the conference. This pass enables the lecturer to be present on all the events of the conference.
The acceptance of the above mentioned pass must be completely in accordance with the rules imposed by the employer of the lecturer, including also the conflict of interests, ethical and gift acceptance rules. The free of charge pass will be abolished in case the session is canceled or substituted.
The free of charge pass is limited to one lecturer and is not transferable, if not authorized by organizer himself.
HrOUG or HUJAK does not reimburse any costs to the lecturer. The lecturers are liable for any applicable taxes and other costs connected for the acceptance of free of charge pass.
Do not include any authorized or confident materials. The applicant is also responsible for obtaining permits for used of such materials. Please check every contact and information on the content of your lecture before sending the application.
HrOUG & HUJAK reserve the right to change the information of the registered activity connected to the clearness, length and style, only to assure the usage of the HrOUG rules and name.
The entire deadline must be respected. All the applications received after the define deadline will not be approved. The breach of the deadline rules can lead to reject the proposed activity. HrOUG & HUJAK reserve the right to cancel the session or lecturer if necessary.
