Why would people join your organization? Why would they want to be in your team? Why would they stay by your side during hard times? Hard questions with no obvious answers. If they bother you, let’s explore motivation.
For better or worse I’m not a behavioral analyst so I will not throw scientific researches against you. What I’ll do instead is present to you the standpoint and the 10+ years of experience of a company that has somewhat unusual way of thinking about business. I’ll also how you how that approach affects human lives.
Hopefully that (somewhat biased) “case study” will help you see what you can improve in your company.
